Grüner facilities in Vische and Avigliana are both structured to perform injection molding of rubber and plastic as well the wire drawing of the rubber.

Common features of both facilities are the product identification systems, in conformity with the customers’ expectations, and the careful selection of raw materials.

Vische

1300 square meters of production area, 16 injection moulding presses from 50 to 450 tons for the production of rubber items and two 60 and 250 ton injection moulding presses for the production of plastic pieces, warehouse extended on 1,200 square meters, a laboratory for chemical and mechanical analyses, a system for certified quality production: these are the distinguishing features of our production skills.

All productive stations are monitored in real time by one central working post that permits to control all moulding and injection phases of the product instant by instant.

Avigliana

The 11000 sqm area comprises 5000 sqm of workshop and warehouse with a network of 22 injection molders ranging from 100 to 400 t and a manufacturing department for extrusion by steam vulcanization.
